We process the shipment of the ordered product(s) from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, excluding public holidays, and during the operating hours of the logistics company, to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Our delivery service does not include a scheduling option; therefore, the order will be delivered without prior contact from the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the delivery address.
The delivery time may vary depending on the destination country. The estimated delivery time within Europe is between 10 to 15 business days. For the rest of the world: 15 to 25 business days.
We will inform the customer of the unavailability of the ordered product(s) and will issue a refund for the amount paid within a maximum of fifteen (15) days from the date we become aware of the unavailability.
If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of ninety (90) days from the date of payment, please contact us by email at geral@atelierfusion.pt to inform us of the issue. After this period, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties, or other taxes specific to each country, to be paid by the recipient upon receipt of the order in the destination country. In the case of an exchange request, customs fees may also apply, and the brand will not be able to cover these costs.
